The boys and girls has a great day starting off with an amazing surprise as a big bus arrived at Strathfoyle Nursery School to take us to the farm yesterday. We learnt all about the types of animals that live on the farm and what they eat. We even saw some baby lambs and a little kid. We were able to see the chickens, chicks and even a turkey!
The farmer took us for a quad bike ride around the farm. We saw rabbits, sheep, goats, a pony, a donkey and some geese in the pond! There was even a fairy garden.
Some of us had great fun riding mini tractors, enjoying bouncy castles and even going down a giant water slide!
There was a few animals we were surprised to find at the farm which included a guinea pig, a deer, peacocks, a meercat and an alpaca!
We had a delicious picnic lunch and had fun in the giant play barn too.
